How do I pay for meals for my student(s)?

  • Send a check with your student or in the mail, payable to "AASD"
  • Send cash with your student in a sealed envelope, labeled with their student pin number and full name
  • Online through the Infinite Campus portal with a credit card (There is a $2.00 convenience fee per transaction)

How do I add money to my families Food Service Account?

The Food Service tool allows you to see what meals and food items were purchased as well as add money to your Food Service account. Find instructions here.

How do I request a refund of my family's account balance?

Send an email to [email protected] requesting a refund. Please make sure to include your name, student's name and current address. A check will be issued within 1-2 weeks and will be sent to the address listed in the email.

You can also choose to donate the unused balance to a student in need with a negative balance.
