Appleton Area School District families,

Recently our food service payment system through Infinite Campus experienced technical problems that have caused multiple meal charges to family accounts.

This error was quickly noticed by our food service team. Our vendor, Infinite Campus, found a misconfiguration on their system and is working to fix it.

To ensure that all payment information and charges are correct, we will be reviewing our food service payment data. This includes removing any errant duplicated transactions, updating transaction charges, and running balances based on student enrollments and eligibility to ensure that families are being charged accurately.

Will I be reimbursed for the charges?   
Yes, you will be reimbursed for any charges incurred that were incorrect.

When will I be reimbursed?    
As soon as our data transactions can be reviewed.

How do I find out if I was charged too many times?   
Please log in to Infinite Campus and navigate to the Food Service area. You can then view the meals by date and view the amount your student was charged. Be sure to view the balance as well, some errors will show a meal but no money was taken out of the account. 

What do I do if I have errors in my student's meal account?
